We dispatch items in 1-3 working days after the order has been placed. Your item will then be delivered in 2-4 working days by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service. 

If you need to receive your order sooner, then feel free to contact us and we will try our best to send it to you earlier. 

Returns and Refunds

We will look into each situation case by case basis, but ultimately we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you would like to request a refund or return the item, please contact us on info@thecrescentbloom.com.

You have 14 days to request a refund from receiving the order. Unfortunately we cannot sell re-used items, therefore we can only refund you if we have received it unused and in its original packaging. 

Delivery charges are non-refundable but if you have received the item damaged then please provide a photo to info@thecrescentbloom.com so we can process the delivery refund. We will not refund the cost of returning the item.
